"THERE'S NOTHING MORE DANGEROUS THAN AN IDEA, WHEN IT'S THE ONLY ONE YOU HAVE." -- EMILE CHARTIER
"Dr. Rudoy gave a remarkable talk entitled "The Mythic Journey of the Adolescent" at Trinity School, a private preparatory school in New York City. His audience was 450 smart, engaged, intellectually aware 9th through 12th graders and 50 faculty members. In a 45-minute presentation, involving myth, story-telling, participatory exercises, and lecture material from Anna Freud and others, Dr. Rudoy managed to provide the students with a fresh and insightful look at their own inner lives. The presentation was a big hit. The students gathered around Dr. Rudoy at the end of his talk to consider the further implications of his ideas. His warmth, intelligence, and perspective were a compelling draw for the students. Many of them still talk about his visit, and teachers have brought his insights into the classroom."
